Green Power (70% offset)

• To encourage the development of renewable, low polluting energy technologies, Green-E certified renewable certificates have been purchased from Renewable Choice Energy to offset 70% of the projects annual electrical consumption over a two year period.

Outdoor Areas

• Outdoor areas are an important component in the design of the building. The Roof Garden and the Courtyard Garden have been provided to connect the healthcare patients, visitors, and staff to the health benefits of the natural environment.
