Mondays • 6-8 pm

The cost for the 7 week series is $60
or $10 for each class attended

• Series I January 7 – February 11
• Series II February 26 – April 1 
• Series III April 15 – May 20
• Series IV June 3 – July 8
• Series V August 5 – September 16
• Series VI September 23 – October 28   (NOTE: October 14 class will beheld Tuesday, October 5 in observance of Columbus Day)
• Series VII November 4 – December 9 (NOTE: November 11 class will be held Tuesday, November 12 in observance of Veteran’s Day

A class for those who have already given birth and want to take a moment to focus on upcoming birth and new baby
as well as learn more about the latest ways to help you relax and open your body to birth.
